Kass Boladeras is a proud Ballardong Noongar yorga driven by a commitment to equity, inclusion, and legislative reform. As the CEO and Co-founder of Yarnda Foundation, she backs Indigenous, youth, and LGBTIQA+ communities by creating pathways for community-led success.

Kass brings over six years of leadership experience across the education and business sectors, including her previous work leading the Indigenous Mapping Workshop at Winyama. Her background is diverse, holding a Diploma of Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Business Leadership. This blend of clinical and strategic expertise allows her to approach complex challenges with both care and purpose.

Deeply connected to Country, Kass has worked with communities across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. She is honored to be adopted into the Bininj Kunwok language group with the skin name Ngalngarridj. A recognised contributor in the sector, Kass was a 2024 nominee

Amelia Speirs

Amelia is a creative person driven by a passion for storytelling, community impact and human centered design. Working across graphic design, service design and marketing, she brings a thoughtful approach to problem solving, blending strategy, visual communication and innovation to create meaningful experiences that connect with people.

Amelia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, majoring in Graphic Design and Photography, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Service Innovation and Creative Thinking. She is also currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, further expanding her understanding of leadership, workplace culture and the ways people shape organisations and communities.

Passionate about literacy, accessibility and social impact, Amelia spent four years volunteering in a literacy program supporting primary school students to build reading confidence and connection through storytelling. Additionally during her postgraduate studies, she also contributed to an international community focused design initiative supporting alternative income opportunities for a remote island community, an experience that strengthened her commitment to ethical, people first design and creativity as a tool for positive change.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at bookclub, out for a run, deep in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign or hunting down Perth’s best coffee spots with friends.
